Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Stanton Spiff program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. Stanton Carpet Corporation reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

The Stanton Spiff program is available to Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) who are legally authorized to work in the United States and are employed by an authorized Stanton Carpet dealer. Stanton Carpet Corporation reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To participate, you must create an account at www.StantonSpiff.com. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials. Only one account per person is permitted.

4. Earning Points

Points are earned based on qualifying sales of Stanton style products as determined by Stanton Carpet Corporation. Points are credited automatically based on the RSA email address recorded on the Stanton invoice. Stanton Carpet Corporation is not responsible for points not credited due to missing or incorrect email information on the original order.

5. Redeeming Rewards

• Rewards are issued exclusively via a reloadable VISA card.
• An initial minimum redemption of $100 is required.
• Subsequent redemptions may be in any increment available in the participant's balance.
• Card funding occurs weekly on Mondays for redemptions made during the prior week.
• Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt of rewards.

6. Program Modifications

Stanton Carpet Corporation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Stanton Spiff program or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to point values, qualifying styles, and reward options.

7. Account Termination

Stanton Carpet Corporation may terminate a participant's account for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of program rules, or termination of employment with an authorized dealer. Upon termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stanton Carpet Corporation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the participation in or the inability to participate in the Stanton Spiff program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
